Prescribe in seconds. Track to the door. Grow without faxes.
1SyncRx connects prescribers and compounding pharmacies on one platform. Your pharmacy grows its prescriber network while prescribers get their time back.
Retired fax-era problems
One platform, two winners
The pharmacy signs on. The prescribers make it sing. Both get a better day.
Patient, live catalog and the patient price, all before you send.
Star what you write most. Reorder in one tap.
Stage by stage with the carrier link, grouped by patient.
1SyncRx never charges prescribers. Ever.
One thread per prescription. No phone tag.
What was prescribed, filled and in transit.
A branded portal your clinics work in every day.
Structured, complete prescriptions in your intake queue.
You own the list, the costs and the availability.
NPI-first onboarding, digital BAA, audit trail built in.
Verification to doorstep in a single record.
Send an invite. They write the same day.

AI in the workflow
AI clears the paperwork.
Your team keeps the judgment.
AI supports repetitive information work and source-linked context. It does not make clinical, dispensing, compliance, or operational decisions.
An NPI entry can prefill official registry information during onboarding. The information remains reviewable.
The prescriber reviews the compound and available price, then sends a structured prescription.
An AI-generated medication summary links back to the pharmacy team's own clinical material for review.
Authorized prescribers and pharmacy teams remain responsible for clinical, dispensing, compliance, and operational decisions.
Available order status remains visible through the connected workflow. This is not a patient portal.

Trust isn't a footer link here. It's how the platform is built.
US-hosted, encrypted, role-based access, two-factor sign-in, automatic idle logout.
The Business Associate Agreement is signed electronically before a pharmacy goes live. Unsigned means view-only.
Every pharmacy and prescriber is checked against the national registry. Identity first, always.
Every action logged; acceptance of Terms and Privacy recorded at first sign-in. Records held, never deleted.

Is 1SyncRx HIPAA-compliant?
The platform is HIPAA-architected end to end: US-hosted, encrypted, role-based access, two-factor sign-in and automatic idle logout. Every pharmacy signs a digital Business Associate Agreement during onboarding, before going live.
How long does pharmacy onboarding take?
Onboarding starts with one number: your organization NPI. The national registry fills your legal name, address, license and authorized official, every field editable. Sign the BAA electronically, load your catalog (or let us load it for you), and invite your prescribers.
What does it cost?
A simple per-prescription model with no seat licenses and no long contracts. Pharmacies pay only as prescriptions flow; exact rates are shared on the demo call. Prescribers never pay anything.
Who sets medication prices?
The pharmacy owns its catalog, costs and availability entirely. Prescribers control their own markup per medication, and the patient price is visible to the prescriber before any script is sent.
Do my prescribers need training?
Very little. Prescribers accept an invite, get NPI-verified, and write their first prescription from a screen designed to take under thirty seconds. Favorites and one-tap reorders make the second one even faster.
What happens to a prescription record over time?
RX numbers are assigned at your pharmacy in your own series, and fill history is preserved. Prescriptions are never deleted, only placed on hold, and every action is audit-logged.
Can the 1SyncRx team help us get set up?
Yes. The team can onboard prescribers on your behalf and upload or manage your full catalog for you. The onboarding checklist (BAA signed, prescribers onboarded, catalog loaded) keeps go-live visible at a glance.
